Terms of Service

You must be old enough to use X (Twitter) under its rules and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Rotating Posts lets you build a library of your own posts and automatically re-publishes them to your connected X account on a schedule you control, using the official X API. You can connect your account, import your own tweets, add images, and set your posting cadence by subscription tier.

You retain ownership of the content you add. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and publish that content to your connected X account solely to provide the service. You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload and that publishing it does not violate any law or third-party right.

Your use of Rotating Posts must comply with X's Terms of Service, Developer Agreement, and rules. You are responsible for the content you schedule and for ensuring it does not breach X's policies. We use only the official X API at human-paced intervals, but we cannot guarantee X will never limit, suspend, or take action on your account, and we are not responsible for X's decisions. Rotating Posts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp.

You agree not to use the service to:

• post unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, or spam content, or anything that violates X's rules;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
• attempt to bypass our security, rate limits, or the X API;
• resell or abuse the service, or use it on accounts you are not authorized to operate.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including banned or suspended accounts, at our discretion.

Some features generate or translate content using third-party AI providers. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable — you are responsible for reviewing anything before it is published, and content you generate and post is your content under these Terms. AI features are provided "as is" without warranty.

• Paid tiers unlock higher posting volume and features. Pricing and tier limits are shown in the app.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. [CONFIRM your actual refund policy with counsel before launch.]
• We may change pricing with advance notice; changes apply to the next billing period.

If you participate in any affiliate or referral program, separate program terms apply in addition to these Terms. We may modify or end the program at any time.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will prevent any action by X against your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rotating Posts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rotating Posts from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends; certain provisions (e.g. ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION — confirm with counsel], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, in-app or email notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
